Develop, define, create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the Company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Utilize SQL, Python, Excel, and other analytical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Assist Data Science team to ensure data integrity in all reporting, across multiple data source platforms (Stripe/Apple, Data Warehouse, Salesforce, QuickBooks, etc.)
Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and outcomes.
Create custom analyses and visualizations for various company stakeholders.
Be the technical liaison between business units to ensure complete, accurate and consistent reporting.
Use your responsive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own and complete tasks from ideation to execution to measurement.
Requirements
What you Need to be Successful
2-3 years’ experience in business intelligence and data analytics
BA/BS degree in related fields ( business, statistics, computer science)
Strong SQL Skills (2+ years)
Experience with Business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Periscope)
Experience presenting, visualizing and working with and reconciling in Excel/Google Sheets
Lookup, Math operations, Logical operators, string functions, datetime functions
Experience visualizing, working with, and reconciling data in Python using Jupyter/Google Collab or R
Familiar with the following data structures: lists, dictionaries, tuples, DataFrames, arrays
Familiar with the following Python libraries or similar ones in R: NumPy, Pandas, datetime, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, string functionality
Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with a remote workforce across all levels of the organization

What we Offer:
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $80,000 to $105,000 plus an equity compensation package. The final base salary for this role will take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location differential associated with where the position will be filled.
