Job Overview

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to meet client requirements.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct research and experimentation to enhance AI models and algorithms, focusing on LLM, GenAI, and Vector Embedding techniques.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our projects and solutions.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
