Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will perform data statistical analysis for the OMBUDS office, focusing on dispute and demographic reporting.
Collect, analyze, and report OMBUDS Visitor data and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Client data from internal logs and repositories.
Provide graphic support to depict employee engagement survey comment trend analysis.
Collect, analyze, and report data to enable the Government to complete required reports, including, but not limited to, the DoD OGC data call for ADR, employee survey trends analysis, and to support agency strategic efforts.
Create monthly trends dashboards depicting OMBUDS Visitor trends in support of monthly OMBUDS update to the Chief of Staff(CoS).
Provide OMB monthly and quarterly trend reports/presentations for the CoS adn Agency Director.
Prepare and submit ad hoc reports that display an analytic effort depicting the results of the ongoing Internal Mobility Survey, New Employee Experience Survey, and Exit Survey trends.
Analyze and report data derived from OMBUDS Pulse Check surveys and Workforce
Develop and deliver reports and presentations to a variety of audiences throughout the client agency, including senior leaders. Analytical tools include Tableau or PowerPoint for visualizations, SQL and Excel for pulling data, and analyzing percentage rates of dispute filings and resolutions.
Utilize, develop, and deliver queries and reports from the client’s HRIS system to present to client. (myHR is the main system pulled from, utilizing SQL to access and pull the data), using appropriate data science and business intelligence tools such as MySQL, Python/C#, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel
Display analytic results in text and visually using appropriate data science, business intelligence, and visualization tools, such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerPoint, and
Excel, and communicate results to client audiences at all levels with presentations and briefings.
Perform data management and analysis for quarterly and annual reports.
