Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Create frameworks to predict a variety of outcomes in different scenarios 
  2. Create models of customer satisfaction that provide detailed insight into what causes a customer to take different actions 
  3. Configure a multi-account MLOps environment
  4. Collaborate with other data scientists and stakeholders on projects 
  5. Research and design statistical models to answer target questions, optimize processes and outcomes, and inform decision-making 
  6. Develop solutions in R or Python 
  7. Develop production-grade solutions 
  8. Work in Hadoop, Redshift, and Spark 
  9. Translate business and product questions into analytics projects 
  10. Communicate clearly over written and oral channels while translating complex methodologies and analytical results into high-level insights
