About the role
We are looking for a deeply technical, customer-focused, empathetic Engineering Manager to join us in India or Taiwan on this exciting journey. You will manage a talented team of Software Engineers while partnering with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Analysts. Being the owner of platforms, tools and solutions built the team – constantly improving the current ones and building new ones and also responsible for planning and stakeholder management.
You will:
Lead the development of high-quality, impactful, scalable platforms, tools and solutions that delight the users and achieve business goals
Operate these systems in production at high availability and reliability levels, while minimizing infrastructure cost
Build deep knowledge in the Data domain and related platform engineering. Use it to build innovative features for our users.
Hold your team to high standards in engineering and quality practices, speed of delivery, architecture and design, and code quality
Attract, develop and retain great engineers, who thrive working in an innovative, user-focused, fast-paced environment
Work closely with engineering managers and engineers across multiple platforms and domains.
Set clear measurable goals for your team delivery and engineers
Foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement through coaching, mentoring, feedback and clear measurable outcomes.
Contribute to improving and scaling the engineering organization. Mentor engineers in the organization, imparting technical knowledge, industry best practices and leadership skills.
