Clinical Data Analyst II

This is a full-time hybrid (open to remote) Monday -Friday position. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintains a thorough understanding of available software and maps departmental needs to available solutions. 
2. Manipulates and interprets data from clinical databases, coded data, and other specified data sets. 
3. Uses appropriate statistical, visual, and narrative displays of data in a manner that is easily and appropriately interpreted by the target audience. 
4. Validates or models data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision-making purposes.
5. Develops and tests reports and analyses from various sources, including but not limited to – quality and financial outcomes databases, electronic health record, and safety event data.
6. Responsible for creation, timely submission, and distribution of numerous monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc data reports/scorecards.
