1. Quantitative and qualitative analysis; Communicate with business customers to establish data requirements 
2. Create tools or queries to obtain data from central data repository for the purposes of reporting and analysis
3. Present final analysis to customers
4. Participate on project teams
5. Other tasks as assigned
