Vendor Data Analyst

1. Lead data cleansing efforts in Netsuite and Salesforce to ensure all Vendor Records and related data is compliant with Standard Operation Procedures, best practices and established internal standards.
2. Enter all new vendors in Netsuite and Salesforce in accordance with determined SOPs. 
3. Establish, document, and enforce Data Governance process approval workflows, policies, rules, and standards.
4. Lead
   discussions with cross-functional teams to identify issues, document key decisions, and lead data improvement initiatives.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain business requirements documentation including Standard Operating Procedures, user stories, process flows, data matrices, business cases, and gap analysis that reflects current state business operations.
6. Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality issues through process control/ improvement and error detection / correction.
7. Lead ongoing maintenance efforts of all Vendor Record information in Netsuite and Salesforce.
8. Link data quality issues to business outcomes/value and serve as single point of contact for the implementation of cleansing programs and any associated end-user training.
9. Query, extract, and combine large datasets from primary and secondary data sources to identify and troubleshoot data quality or integrity issues and interpret trends
10. Develop and maintain data quality corrective action plans and drive cross-functional accountability.
