Senior Algorithm Researcher

Providing Algorithm & Perception Solutions for the ADAS L3-L5

Applied research and algorithms design (80%)

Conduct literatures surveys, prof of concepts and full product-oriented algorithms research
Design block level Python reference code and integrate in the system level Python reference code
Plan and design test metrics and evaluation methods to the algorithms
Plan, monitor and work closely with data team for data collection, data handling and define labelling policies
Perform design reviews and knowledge sharing
Deliver algorithms for SW team, support Bit Accurate activities and deliver evaluation reference code to App team

The ideal person for this position will have

PhD or Msc in Electrical Engineers / Computer Science / Physics from top tier universities
Relevant field of research
Proven experience in algorithm development and innovations in the fields of CV and ML
Proven algorithms ownership and end-to-end R&D research cycle
Computer vision and machine learning algorithm development
Ability to take ownership and stand-alone R&D of specific research fields
DNN training experience
Python coding
C++ coding
Team Player
Abilities to cooperate with other groups and customers
