Senior Consultant - Artificial Intelligence & Data (Cloud Architect, GCP)

We’re seeking a talented Cloud Architect to join our dynamic GCP team. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing secure and performant cloud solutions that leverage AI to empower our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement scalable cloud architectures on GCP, ensuring optimal resource utilization, cost-efficiency, and security.
2. Possess a deep understanding of core GCP services like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, Cloud IAM, and Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
3. Develop and manage data pipelines using tools like Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, and Apache Beam, potentially utilizing Python or SQL for scripting.
4. Integrate and leverage Vertex AI and Vertex Gen AI services into cloud solutions to automate machine learning workflows.
5. Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into the overall architecture.
6. Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration is a plus.
7. Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform for automated infrastructure provisioning and management.
9. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in GCP, AI technologies, and best practices.
10. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
11. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
