Product Data Analyst

As a Technical Product Analyst (all genders), you will play a key role in our organization by being accountable for the comprehensive tracking and analytics of our web and app products. Your responsibilities will include crafting, implementing, and enhancing tracking and measurement strategies to ensure optimal performance. You will serve as the primary liaison for various departments including Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX), focusing on data collection and analysis. Your role will also involve providing high transparency regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights, maintaining tracking integrity through diligent quality assurance and monitoring with every product update. Additionally, you will analyze user behavior and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, playing a crucial role in the decision-making process.

CHALLENGE

1. Implement and refine app and web tracking to capture comprehensive data across our digital products.
2. Develop and oversee tracking concepts for new feature rollouts.
3. Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for detailed event tracking.
4. Utilize GA4 for advanced data analysis and insights.
5. Integrate and leverage BigQuery for robust data management.
6. Ensure best practice compliance in data governance and tracking (BGC).
7. Be the technical tracking expert in App and Web environments, with proficiency in Adjust, Marketing Pixels, and other tracking technologies.
