Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Understand advertising platforms and data suppliers’ business.
  2. Work closely and communicate effectively with internal teams and external supply and platform clients, attending to their questions and requests.
  3. Perform platform UI setup configurations.
  4. Manage data collection from multiple sources to curate and ensure data flow to platform partners.
  5. Work with the Data Operations and Tech teams in Singapore and India directly to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  6. Support quarterly taxonomy activation by setting up campaigns across all platforms.
  7. Monitor and report on platforms data flow to ensure the system is operating correctly.
  8. Maintain an accurate and updated status in ticketing system.
  9. Support teams in New York City, London, Sydney and Singapore on any urgent requests during their offline hours.
  10. Document new integrations and processes.
