I am looking for a Data Analytics Team Lead, who will play a pivotal role in shaping Hostinger’s data-driven strategy. You will lead a team of highly skilled data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, raising the bar for quality and speed of delivery, you will own and enhance the quality of data-driven decision making in organisation, all while juggling multiple projects in our dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

1. Take ownership and boost the quality of data-driven decision making in organisation.
2. Oversee execution of Data analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that drives tangible business outcomes.
3. Lead, mentor and inspire the team of brilliant and highly motivated analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders across different departments to understand their data analytics needs, requirements and priorities.
5. Effectively refine project needs, prioritize the backlog, build and communicate delivery timelines, ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
6. Be one step ahead in application of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of data analytics & data science, driving innovation within the team.
