Primary Responsibilities
– Provide analytical support and utilize problem solving capabilities to generate ad hoc or standard reports/dashboards to the Strategic Sourcing organization, supplier community, and internal Aramark departments
– Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Global Supply Chain and GPO data, Aratrack, Aramark AP, and PURS systems; utilize tools including, but not limited to Power BI, Cognos Query Studio, Aqua Data Studio and SQL to develop spreadsheets, reports, and analysis.
– Independently partner with Contract Owners and their Supervisors to scope and manage the delivery of procurement data and analytical projects
– Possess the ability to communicate and interact with Strategic Sourcing staff along with Global Supply Chain and GPO team members as required
– Probe further into contract related data based on direction and hypotheses from Contract Owners
Secondary Responsibilities
– Serve as a Strategic Sourcing data reporting subject matter expert for the Global Supply Chain and GPO organization and other Aramark departments
