Key Responsibilities
Commission Management:
Calculate and process commission payments accurately and efficiently.
Perform detailed commission analysis to identify and rectify errors and discrepancies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and design data reports for regular reporting.
Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Process Improvement:
Provide recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis and findings.
Optimize data enrichment streams to streamline reporting and analysis.
Collaboration and Insight Communication:
Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
Convey insights through both detailed reports and engaging visual presentations.
