The Senior Research Analyst will support new pilots and scaled innovations with analyses that leverage rich data sources including national Medicare claims, other payer claims, electronic health records, and event notification data. They will work cross-functionally with partners across the product organization to surface insights on program performance and support recommendations for improvement.
Primary Duties:
Design and Execute Analyses:
Design descriptive, predictive, and/or causal inference statistical analyses to answer key business questions.
Design and program code to integrate, evaluate, and analyze diverse data sources.
Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights and solutions.
Support junior colleagues in programming and model implementation.
Translate and Communicate Analysis Results:
Work across teams at Aledade to synthesize results, identify implications of analysis results and translate findings into action.
Lead development of analytic products that accurately communicate insights from the data and inspire action.
Work closely with engineering and other product partners to enable analytic solutions.
Understand the Problem Space:
Work with teams across Aledade and external partners to understand and clarify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
Aledade works with independent practices, health centers, and clinics to build and lead Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) anchored in primary care.
