Data Analyst II

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation. Ideally, you have experience working in fast-paced, rapidly growing organizations, and possess an understanding of sales metrics, processes, and tools. A curious mindset towards the latest AI advancements, coupled with experience using AI/ML technologies, is desired. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
2. Develop and maintain data models to support sales analysis
3. Develop and maintain Tableau visualizations and dashboards to visualize sales data and performance
4. Work with business users to gather requirements and design visualizations
5. Work with sales teams to identify and address data-related challenges
6. Train business users on how to use Tableau
7. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure that data is available in a format that is compatible with Tableau
8. Comfortably handle large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability while drawing meaningful conclusions for the organization
9. Stay up-to-date on the latest Tableau features and best practices
