Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Creating business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.
  2. Integrating the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
  3. Identifying ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  4. Evaluating systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.
  5. Conducting research to find ways to improve operations.
  6. Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
  7. Creating and implementing a business vision and multi-year plan.
  8. Provision of expert advice and assistance in any area associated with the Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse technologies.
  9. Architecture and design of information systems.
  10. Review of the architecture of existing systems.
  11. Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
  12. Design measurement methods and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the design processes and their deliverables.
  13. Management of quality tests.
  14. Assistance and support to Business Intelligence developers.
  15. Provision of security studies, security assessments or other security matters associated with information system projects.
  16. Functional requirements and business case analysis.
  17. Risk analysis.
  18. Provision of technical studies, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with BI systems.
