Engineer - Data ML Platform

As a Staff Engineer, you will:

1. Build product definition and leverage your technical skills to drive towards the right solution
2. Design, build, test and maintain the Machine Learning platform supporting Data Science initiatives
3. Solve difficult problems, learn recent technologies, and push the boundaries of what is possible
4. Work independently and in a team environment
5. Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems
6. Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
7. Participate in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization
8. Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams
9. Mentor other engineers
10. Responsible for technical aspects of a project at the team level
11. Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization.
12. Spearhead new feature use (innovate within existing tooling)
13. Spearhead new software acquisition and use (innovate with new tooling)
14. Leverage automation to remove redundant error prone tasks to improve the quality of the solution
