The role we are offering you:

Join our crew management implementation team and succeed while planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions and cross business domain within the aviation flight crew area. Are you ready to:

  1. Responsible to install software, conduct data migration, setup integration.
  2. Create Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans.
  3. Work on high value (revenue) projects with large scale customer impact and able to operate under limited direction and minimal oversight.Β 
  4. Solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains (within company and between company and its customer) on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects.
  5. Provide strategic direction and plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions.
  6. Provides functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  7. Serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers.
  8. Support development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned.
  9. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced business systems analysts.
