Generative AI Enablement Lead

The Generative AI Enablement Lead is a strategic role dedicated to executing Crowe’s Generative AI Enablement strategy. This includes leading workshops, supporting incubator buildup, and managing materials curation across Business Units and collaborative partners.

The primary goal of the Generative AI Enablement Lead is driving adoption and successful use of Generative AI tools firmwide at Crowe. The supporting goal is to upskill Business Unit Transformation teams to manage their own incubator groups and interface effectively with Learning Leads/Learning Solutions. Success in this role is measured by establishing a strong foundation for these groups, enabling them to keep material fresh and relevant as the AI landscape and tools continue to evolve.

About the Role

1. Execute tenets of the Generative AI Enablement Strategy
2. Lead workshops and support the buildup of incubator groups
3. Manage the curation of materials and effective collaboration with Learning teams across Business Units
4. Upskill Business Unit Transformation teams to manage their own incubator groups and interface effectively with Learning Leads/Learning Solutions
5. Tracking and reporting impact and outcomes to Technology Relations
6. Partnering closely with Data Science team, Technical Guilds, and market-facing groups to share learnings, foster collaboration, and drive alignment
