Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Asset Performance Management (APM) tool for Europe
Digitization: transpose existing maintenance concept into actionable strategies for utilization in APM
Monitoring and analysis: apply data analytics on machine data from different sources, e.g. real time data from connected machines, detect patterns, correlations or anomalies
Data management: Define and maintain asset model in APM, manage load of master data from adjacent systems into APM
Predicitive Analytics: Monitore and support further development of Health Indicators and Smart Signals
Close collaboration with stakeholders in the clusterand relevant global SIG departments
Support optimization maintenance strategies to define the optimal mixture of tactics, such as preventive, condition-based, corrective, run to failure, and predicitive
Data based analysis on equipment performances, failure reasons, donwtimes (work history analysis)
Data based analysis and creation of benchmarks and performance comparisons
Quality data related analysis to identify and optimize Top system failures and cost drivers
Management of automation / connectivity related projects to improve the performance of our system
