Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Execute a prospecting plan to develop and progress a sales lead pipeline.
  2. Conduct outbound cold calling (50+ dials a day) and supporting email campaigns into identified prospects,
  3. Business development, experience, prospecting, sales and/or marketing background with the ability to book 10+ meetings per month
  4. Collaborate with the SalesΒ  Development Manager to develop script and adjust as necessary.
  5. Work with Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives to formulateΒ  key prospect target plan and drive qualified leads and new business.Β 
  6. Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, our target industries, case studies, etc.
  7. Conduct a thorough follow-up on leads/lists generated by marketing programs (website inquiries, trade show booth visits, seminar attendees, etc.).
  8. Drive attendance to events such as webinars, local seminars, trade shows, etc.
  9. Maintain expected metrics of outbound calls and targeted emails to increase the number of live conversations per day.Β 
  10. Record all communication, sales and lead qualification activity into Salesforce.com.
  11. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  12. Support ongoing outbound email cadences creation, improvements and experiments to achieve higher open and response rates.
  13. Share learnings and prospects’ feedback with cross-functional teams.
