Growth Data Analyst

We are looking for a growth data analyst to power charge our growth efforts. As a key member of our growth team, you will be expected to own our growth model and help us answer questions like: how do we acquire and retain customers, what are the gaps in our marketplace supply and what’s the incremental value of adding specific products and brands, how do we optimise the early lifecycle of buyers and suppliers on Fleek. 

In addition to the above, your ability to identify and address the complex challenges inherent in managing a two-sided marketplace will be critical to Fleek’s continued growth and success.

Requirements

As a key member of an early-stage startup in hyper-growth you must be willing and able to wear multiple hats. The key requirements for this role are:

1. Proven experience in using data for solving real-world problems and a history of accomplishment and advancement in your career
2. Resourcefulness and proactiveness: track record for executing independent projects and leading complex, cross-functional projects with dependencies
3. Fluency with experimental design and interpretation and an exceptional product and business sense
4. Coding ability: proficiency with SQL and Python is a strong plus
5. Great communication skills: can effectively and patiently work with others in a closely collaborative team environment. Can communicate the results of experiments — especially what can and what cannot be validly deduced from an experiment – and can articulate a persuasive case for investing in certain growth initiatives.
6. Ability to work for min 3 days a week from the office in Spitalfields
