Sr Analyst Data Science

Empower India Marketing Data Science team is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join its Advanced Analytics team. This team will be responsible for developing and operationalizing algorithms that support Lead generation, Next best action, and brand spend optimization decisions. The ideal candidate will understand the business problem, collect and study relevant data and able to produce meaningful and actionable insights that helps to solve the business problem in hand.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Understand the complex business problem, able to convert it as an analytical problem.
2. Understand the data need, collect, interpret and clean the data for analysis
3. Produce meaningful insights using analytical/data modelling techniques and interpret and justify the results with the business context
4. Perform required data manipulations and transformations to support the construction and validation of models that drive lead generation and brand spend optimizations
5. Work closely with Empower external partners to understand how optimization/attribution modeling works to inform spend decisions, and contribute to building that capability in-house
6. Handle the project end-to-end independently
7. Able to present the analysis and results to the senior stakeholders
