Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Use various advanced tools and analytical practices to present detailed pictures of overall performance and user engagement across all touchpoints, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  2. Analyze and interpret large datasets through the extraction of relevant data including data integrations with internal systems and 3rd party operational platforms.
  3. Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders with an eye on what drives business performance and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  4. Develop and maintain reports to track KPIs related to measurement of identity resolution efforts, consumer engagement, content consumption, and advertising effectiveness.
  5. Develop, run, and manage queries related to insights generation on both an on-going and ad hoc basis.
  6. Utilize data visualization tools to communicate performance metrics effectively.
  7. Develop and nurture internal relationships with data leads across Hearst Consumer Media.
