You’ll collaborate with the Head of Sales, using Phocas to gather and organize information. Your focus will be on creating accurate reports that provide insights into the activities of the field team.
Weekly analysis and reporting on field team sales
Monthly comparison of sales to targets and the same period in the previous year
Year-to-date sales versus target, with a comparison to the previous year
Quarterly assessment of sales achievement against targets
Individual representative sales by product group/brand for the month, quarter, and year
Identify gaps in retailer and brand performance for each representative, considering both territory and company targets
Analyze data for pharmacy banner groups to highlight gaps or growth opportunities
Track and report expenses by banner groups against the budget, identifying the return on investment.
International Partners Sales Reports:
You’ll examine Stock on Hand (SOH) reports against retailer sales to suggest purchase quantities, aiming to boost sales growth in retail channels. Your analytical skills will contribute to sales reporting, assessing the return on investment for promotions, and monitoring retailer growth in the market, while identifying any gaps in our brand portfolio.
Track monthly sales for New Zealand retailers against targets.
Compare sales of individual products by retailer for the current year and the previous year.
Analyze product sales rates compared to category benchmarks.
Monitor sales increases during promotional campaigns using scan sales data.
Report on stock levels for Chemist Warehouse New Zealand, a major retail partner.
Analyze slow-moving and top-performing stock to guide future monthly orders.
Report sales for the current month versus the previous month.
Monitor and report sales progress towards targets.
Provide independent pharmacy sales reports for Mondo:
Report on Stock on Hand (SOH) for Mondo independent pharmacy.
Identify slow-moving stock.
Determine SKU sales rates for New Zealand independent pharmacy banner groups.
Break down and report sales by channels and brands using data from Mondo.
Assist in ensuring pricing accuracy for all purchase orders.
Sales Support:
Each week, reconcile and file major retailer catalog verifications.
Check retailer costs to ensure accurate pricing.
Code and approve invoices by referencing budget data for accuracy.
