Senior Treasury Analyst – FX Trading & Data Analytics (f/m/x)

As Senior Treasury Analyst – FX Trading & Data Analytics, you will engage with the relevant teams in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and 3M’s Business Groups to actively manage foreign exchange exposure impacting 3M’s financial results. The successful candidate will develop processes to compile and analyze large datasets of internal/external market data to monitor FX risk, optimize FX hedging strategies through quantitative modeling, and synthesize results for finance leadership.

1. Lead the management of the In-House Bank from an Investments and FX Risk Management perspective
2. Lead the implementation of data analysis & visualization tools to monitor global FX markets data and streamline FX hedging processes
3. Develop FX risk management models to back-test hedging strategies, highlight hedging opportunities, and benchmark performance vs key metrics
4. Maintain the Global cashflow, balance sheet, and net investment hedging programs, including execution of derivatives hedging activity with financial institutions
5. Investigate FX impact results in partnership with FP&A & accounting, and highlight opportunities to improve risk management processes
6. Collaborate with Business Finance teams by providing capital markets intelligence and guidance on FX exposure, cashflow, and capital structure
7. Develop knowledge to become functional expert for FX related processes in treasury management system
8. Assist with Capital Markets and Investment modeling and strategy & supporting the Capital Markets team in relation to Debt, Investments and Strategy analysis 
9. Maintain compliance with SOX and Treasury policies relevant to FX operations
