Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop HR reports and dashboards using a range of databases and business intelligence platforms.
  2. Program daily, weekly monthly reports to support data driven decision making and action planning.
  3. Reviews and analyzes data and trends thereby providing more effective and efficient agency operations.
  4. Develops and distributes Monthly HR report and dashboard
  5. Communicate on-going production status updates to project team, including any predictable barriers impacting timely completion of deliverables.
