IT Global Analytics Lead

It’s an exciting time to join the Information Technology Team. As the IT Global Analytics Lead, you will be focused on various data initiatives and willing to learn and dabble in different technologies to move the organizational data management and analytics capabilities forward. The successful candidate will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by engineering Big Data Platform and toolsets for business intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities. The candidate will be a hands-on technical lead that can create conceptual, logical, and physical architecture for data storage, processing, reporting, and analytics leveraging emerging technologies.

Responsibilities: 

1. Owns project portfolio and drives alignment across the businesses mapping requirements to delivered solutions.
2. Ability to analyze and perform basic and complex configuration within SAP Business Warehouse and S/4 Hana.
3. Provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by engineering Big Data Platform and toolsets for business intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities.
4. Create conceptual, logical, and physical architecture for data storage, processing, reporting, and analytics leveraging emerging technologies.
5. Collaborate with the IT team, architecture team, and other business units to ensure alignment and coordination of the IT Analytics initiatives and projects.
6. Support system integration of diverse data sources and technologies used in the design, construction, testing, deployment, and operations of BI solutions.
7. Implement best practice tools and processes for ensuring data quality to support data identification,
8. Feature creation by working closely with the BI/Advanced Analytics teams on delivering Intelligence and Insights on raw data with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Forecasting, Advanced Search, Statistical Modeling capabilities, etc.
9. Collaborate and govern the Application Management Service team that will provide technical support and documentation and support the build of applications with reference to consuming and managing data and troubleshooting for the Analytic Platforms and users.
10. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
