Data Analyst

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Data Analyst to add to our Analytics Team. We are looking for someone who is excited about driving analytics solutions from 0 to 1 by closely partnering with business partners and the leadership team. Our ideal candidate is someone who can conduct indepth analyses to uncover valuable insights and has a creative eye towards delivering the insights through informative and visually appealing dashboards. The candidate will also have the ability to communicate effectively with our customers to understand what they need as opposed to just what they are asking for. The applicant must actively seek out new ways to standardize and automate processes to help scale projects appropriately

1. Build end-to-end analytics solutions by taking ownership of projects from discovery to delivery.
2. Exhibit a “can-do” attitude to overcome obstacles and ensure timely accomplishment of goals, embracing dynamic requirements and shifting priorities.
3. Facilitating and driving standardization and simplification of processes and deliverables.
4. Team player who can wear multiple hats to accommodate business needs.
5. Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities to implement a data-informed decision-making approach.
