– Work closely with operational teams to inform, automate and optimise decision-making, using data and advanced analytics & statistics to inform the strategic direction of the team and company.
– Collaborate with Data Scientists to support the maintenance, and guide the development of key data products used in the business (e.g. forecasts, optimisation algorithms, predictive models)
-Design experiments and measure the impact of process changes
– Provide structure and challenge to core business problems
– Develop and maintain dashboards for key operations enabling daily monitoring and diagnostics.
– Design and implement descriptive data products that enable targeted action.
– Work alongside our engineering team to surface accurate and well-structured data to enable your analysis and reporting.
– Define best practices in analytics, data visualisation and dashboarding, joining the data team in educating Relay’s ‘citizen data analysts’ to ensure rigour across the company.
– Get hands-on! You will see the results of your analysis in action by spending time at our sortation warehouse and delivering parcels.
