We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with extensive experience in the Microsoft SQL Server stack, Data Vault 2.0 architecture, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
BI Solution Development:
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft SQL Server stack (SQL Server, SSIS, stored procedures, views, functions, and SQL agent jobs).
Maintain and expand a data warehouse with Data Vault 2.0 architecture.
Develop and optimize ETL processes for efficient data integration and transformation.
Data Modeling and Analysis:
Create and maintain data models for BI reporting and analytics.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
Ensure data quality and integrity through testing and validation.
Visualization and Reporting:
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate reporting needs into effective BI solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Assist data analysts in using data warehouse objects and optimizing queries.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with BI trends, technologies, and best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements for BI solutions.
Mentor data analysts on best practices and technical skills.
