Automation Chatbot Specialist / Application Support (m / f / d)

As a Chatbot Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our chatbot team, working collaboratively to design, develop, and maintain Omio’s chatbot. The role involves ensuring the seamless implementation of chatbot initiatives, enriching user experiences, and maximising efficiency. Your technical proficiency and proactive approach will play a pivotal role in achieving our team’s objectives and delivering exceptional chatbot experiences.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the other members of the Chatbot team to enhance user engagement and satisfaction through continuous improvement and optimisation of chatbot interactions.
2. Help create and update chatbot content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Omio’s objectives.
3. Monitor user feedback and chatbot performance metrics to continuously optimise, and improve chatbot performance.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, especially when launching new features and provide timely resolutions to minimise disruptions.
5. Help create and maintain documentation for chatbot development processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
