Data Support Engineer

Job Overview

Onboarding internal stakeholders (systems) into the Platform.
Provide first and second-level support for data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion and mapping issues, working closely with development and engineering teams as needed.
Monitor and maintain the data ingestion workflow from end to end.
Low code data application development.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data contracts.
Develop and implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address data issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides (with full autonomy).
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to data processes and workflows.
Assist in the deployment of new Ingestions and Data contracts updated.
Provide training and support to end-users on data-related systems and processes.
