Software Engineer - Machine Learning

We are searching for a dedicated and motivated Software Engineer to play a vital role in the development and implementation of ML and GenAI solutions that enable predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in statistics and programming, as well as a deep understanding of data science and software engineering principles. The candidate will collaborate with multi-functional teams to deploy scalable ML/SW solutions that drive innovation and strategic insights for our business partners.

Responsibilities

1. Understand the data in the context of the business and assess technologies that can be demonstrated to generate useful and actionable insights
2. Develop technology solutions in the field of predictive analytics, anomaly detection, classification and/or regression problems, ML/DL model architecture, statistical modeling, time series, feature engineering, etc.
3. Quickly build a proof-of-concept machine learning pipeline from data collection, model training, to metrics to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed methodology
4. Build a machine learning platform/application for the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle: rapid prototyping; full-scale training; deploying, monitoring, maintaining models; and iterating on modeling ideas based on user feedback
5. Serve the machine learning model in a stand-alone application or through a robust API
6. Collaborate with business to understand their requirements, collect their feedback on machine learning results, and incorporate various signals into the machine learning models
