Leading the delivery of high profile Data science and Intelligence projects through managing multiple disciplinary teams spanning across different departments and lead on procuring, integrating, and delivering third party solutions
You will design, implement and delivery end-to-end projects ensuring success measured through tangible business deliverables
You will be called upon to provide subject matter expertise and advice to department on data science, AI matters and model risk governance processes
You will seek to mentor, manage, motivate and upskill cross departmental teams striving to achieve constant positive evolution resulting in higher team outputs (quality and volume) and enabling delivery of more complexity and challenging workstreams
You will actively participate in department and division managerial meetings and deputise the Head of department when required
You will create a harmonious, collaborative environment and together with other managers and Head of Department (HoD) shape, design and implement departmental strategy
