Undertake and manage calculations and analyses, including for pricing, allocation, commission and charging structures, projections and customer rectification analysis.
Develop and apply coding skills to develop new methods and processes for calculations for greater consistency, efficiency, and effective use of resources, by employing a variety of tools such as excel, VBA, SQL, Python etc.
Use results to provide input and advice on e.g. strategy, customer centric solutions to rectification activities.
Support development, testing and distribution of models and methodologies, providing support and training as needed.
Provide technical support, advice and insight to the business.
Support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives.
