As an Engineer – Automation in our Finance Systems, Data & Innovation domain within Group Finance, you’ll play a key role in helping to advance the way finance provides and uses data and evolves the way we function as division. This role undertakes work based on squad backlog, working closely with others to prioritise work, manage interdependencies and deliver solutions. Including:
• Using specialised knowledge on Data Wrangling tools to define workflows and roadmaps and uses customer feedback to build/introduce new features as per the requirement of Country finance teams.
• Providing key professional support to the respective line of business (Finance business areas) by ensuring the BAU run of mandated Automation solutions within stipulated SLA, and with a high level of quality.
• Understanding and knowledge of the software lifecycle, from design to release.
• Aligning and adhering to Automation design framework strategy, governance policies, processes, and standards. Managing relationships with stakeholders, sponsors and customers and managing resulting expectations on solution design, build and delivery.
