Collecting and cleansing data from multiple systems/sources, transforming data to the required format/structure, analyzing/interpreting data to find patterns or trends, and designing and developing dashboards to provide a consolidated graphical view of data.
Contributes to a range of activities, including facilitating communication and collaboration with- and among stakeholders and project team members; coordinating activities, schedules, and deliverables; generating documentation and process maps; creating summaries and presentations to effectively communicate results and recommendations, etc.
Design, develop, and deploy reports and dashboards (data visualization) based on technical specifications provided by the Senior Business Analyst.
Generate information and insights from datasets to answer key business questions.
Generate documentation or presentations to communicate the results of data analysis.
Identify and analyze trends and patterns using statistical tools.
Work with project, business, and/or IT teams to secure access to relevant systems, such as data sources, data warehouses, BI workspaces, etc.
Lead continuous improvement projects to develop the BI Development team’s standards, tools, and best practices.
Support strategic initiatives under Global Business Services programs.
