Business Data Analyst (3/2 Hybrid Work Schedule)

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, analytics-driven professional with a robust background in data reporting and visualization. As a key player in the expansion of our data platform, you will be instrumental in transforming how we consume and manage data, enhancing our business intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform data analysis and gather data/MI/Reporting requirements.
2. Employ data mining techniques to extract information, identify correlations, and patterns.
3. Visualize data using tools and techniques to create easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
4. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through continuous monitoring and validation.
5. Engage with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of data needs and business objective.
6. Address and resolve data-related inquiries and issues, maintaining a log of such activities.
7. Conduct business acceptance testing and facilitate stakeholder approvals.
8. Design and implement effective data visualizations using state-of-the-art tools like Power BI, Tableau, or
9. Looker to aid in decision-making processes.
10. Exhibit exceptional communication skills, working effectively with a range of business users and senior stakeholders.
11. Lead workshops to capture detailed business and data requirements
12. Work closely with internal stakeholders, providing critical insights for key business decisions across various functions.
13. Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights, build visualizations to demonstrate the value of data, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
