We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Solution Specialist to join our Business Intelligence & Operations Solution team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge in Python programming and the ability to develop solutions to optimize and streamline operational processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and document efficient processes, and utilize SQL skills to extract and manage data effectively.
The Business Intelligence & Operations Solution team supports MY Operations by providing insights, streamlining processes, and conducting experimentations to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize Python to automate repetitive tasks and processes, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
Use SQL to extract data from databases as required for processing and operational needs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Document all operational processes, including design, development, and implementation phases.
Create comprehensive user guides and technical documentation to support the deployment and maintenance of solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders within MY Operations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Collaborate with Country Strategy and Project teams to ensure alignment and support for broader organizational goals.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing solutions.
